Once we align, we’ll move forward with a contract and initial payment. From there, onboarding begins immediately with a process designed to gather key information and begin working toward execution.

During onboarding MBS will:
-Send a client information form to gather key information
-Create a comprehensive strategy deck for us to review and 3 mock graphics to ensure we are on the same page
-Run an initial competitive analysis & identify different personas within your target audience
-Collect initial payment
The typical timeframe of onboarding is ~2 weeks, but this can move as quickly as you’d like it to. -
Work begins with onboarding. This is a critical part of the engagement where strategy and systems are established before moving into execution.

You’ll be asked to provide key information about your business, goals, and audience, along with any existing brand assets or materials.
Timely communication and feedback help keep the process efficient and on track. -
MBS has a minimum commitment of 3 months for all strategic advisory services.
MBS has a minimum commitment of 3 months for all marketing services, but for brands starting from scratch, we require a minimum commitment of 6 months to ensure we can strategize correctly with rook for adjustment as the business scales. -
We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payment plans.
Payments can be submitted online or via check.

Most services are designed as ongoing engagements. Select projects can be offered as one time engagements.
